Telephone and Email Advice

In certain circumstances a doctor will give telephone or email advice for patients living out of town, or where advice is needed. The doctors prefer not to take calls or send emails while with a patient exceptin exceptional circumstances. Your doctor will endeavour to return your request promptly, however we prefer patients to attend the surgery if at all possible. As email is not a secure method of delivery we do not recommend this as a preferred method of contact.  A non Medicare rebatable fee may be charged. (Up to $65)
